Resort & Golf Package

 Please note the following package conditions clearly before booking.
Australia

- Cairns

 I. Package rate is included :
- Gold Coast 1. Round trip transportation such as by air, by bus, by sea or by train.
- Port Douglas 2. Hotel accommodation.
Asia  3. Round trip transfer between airport and hotel as specified in the itinerary, price list
* China or other information list.
- Qingdao 4. Breakfast plus other meals specified in the itinerary, price list or other information
- Sanya list.
* Indonesia 5. Sightseeing tours (full-day or half-day tour), as specified in the itinerary, price list
- Bali or other information list.
- Lombok 6. Travel insurance. 
- Solo City 7. Hotel service charge & government tax.
- Ubud  8. TIC of Hong Kong Levy of 0.3%.
* Japan

- Hiroshima

 II. Package rate is NOT included :
- Okinawa 1. All airport security charge, departure taxes, other travel taxes, passport and visa
* Malaysia fees.

- Kota Kinabalu

 2. Meals, unless specifically offered in the itinerary.
- Kuching 3. All other expenses, such as telephone calls, liquor, soft drinks, optional tours,
- Kuantan room services, excess baggage and any other personal items.
- Langkawi
- Penang III. Currency :
- Tioman Island All package prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollar. 
* Maldives Island
* Philippines IV. Reservations :
- Badian Island 1. Reservations should be made through our company at least 14 days in advance
- Boracay of departure. Late bookings up to 3 working days in advance will be accepted
- Cebu but are subject to the availability of accommodation and airline flights, bus, boat, 
- El Nido or train.
- Palawan 2. Late bookings must be guaranteed payment by travellers. This payment is non-
- Puerto Azul refundable.
* Singapore
* Sri Lanka V. Deposit and final payment :
* Thailand 1. Booking is made 21 days or more before departure.

- Chiang Mai

 Deposit at least HK$500 per person will be collected.  
- Hua Hin Final payment at least 21 days before departure.
- Koh Samui 2. Booking is made 7-20 days before departure.
- Pattaya Deposit at least HK$500 per person will be collected.
- Phuket Final payment will be collected immediately upon booking confirmation.
Island Countries 3. Booking is made 3-6 working days before departure.
* Hawaii Island Full payment will be collected at time of booking.
* Guam Island **  Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled by travellers.  **
* Mauritius Island
* Saipan Island VI. Amendment :
* Tinian Island After travel documents are issued, any subsequent changes are subject to an 
administrative fee of HK$400 per person per amendment.

About Us VII. Cancellation :
E-mail After travel documents are issued, travellers cancel their package that are subject
Site-index to pay cancellation charge as below :
1. 10% of package price for 10 days or more before departure.
Other Options 2. 50% of package price for 3 - 10 days before departure.
Air Ticket 3. 100% of package price for less than 3 working days before departure.
Boat Ticket
Bus Ticket VIII. Refund  :
Car Rental Package refund must be applied for within 7 days of departure date. Refund may
Cruise need 3 months for processing of package organizers.
City Package
Discovery Package IX. Child & infant  :
Golf Package 1. Child price is quoted for the age under 12 years on the date of departure.
Hotel 2. An infant (under 2 years of age) will be charged at infant rate. Please check with 
Tour us for price details.
Train Ticket
Visa X. Change of package products :
Wedding Package No change can be made unless by the organizers in accordance with the provis-
ions herein. Unused portions of package and any extension nights including hotel
accommodation, sightseeing tours or other items.

XI.

Special requests  :
Special requests such as meals in-flight, room location or a particular view, late
check-out  etc.... are not guaranteed.

XII.

Baggage  :
Baggage not exceeding 20 kg per person is allowed. Excess baggage must be
paid by travellers. Only one piece of hand baggage, 56cm x 36cm x 23cm is
allowed. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or 
belongings whilst they are in the custody of transportation companies, accom- 
modation suppliers or the travellers. However, we will assist in making the relevant
claims provided it does not interfere with, inconvenience or hamper the conduct
of the tour.

XIII.

Travel documents :
It is the responsibility of each passenger to obtain a valid passport for at least 6
months from the date of return to Hong Kong.

XIV.

Visa and health :
Travellers comply with all the entry visa and health requirements of the countries 
to be visited. As the entry requirements are subject to change, please consult us
or your travel agent.
We cannot be held responsible or be liable for any expenses, reimbursement or
refund of package prices if any traveller is refused entry by any country before 
departure or during the travelling for whatever reason, including but not limited to
non-possession of valid travel document and necessary visas

XV.

Responsibility :
All arrangements for the provision of transportation, accommodation and other
services are made by us through airlines or local agents.
Transportation, accommodation, local tour programs and other services are
subject to change with local conditions such as traffic jam, flight delay and typhoon.
We will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred due to delay, sickness, 
weather, strikes, war, quarantine or any other causes beyond our control; such
losses and expense shall be borne by the travellers. We reserve the right to alter
route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the travellers.
